Syllabus for the acne programme

You receive an official Swiss Syllabus for a programme that covers diagnostics, formulations, acne psychology, and working skin protocols. The curriculum includes a detailed description of modules, hours, and methods, and can be presented to employers and accreditation bodies.

Syllabus content:

DermaPen (microneedling therapy)

Certification in intensive DermaPen technique — with protocols, schemes, and hands-on practice.

The intensive DermaPen training programme at the Swiss School of Aesthetic Cosmetology is designed for specialists who want to master microneedling therapy in depth and work according to international protocols.

Upon completing the training, participants receive:

• Official Swiss DermaPen certificate;
• Syllabus with protocols and schemes confirming mastery of the method and its practical application;
• Access to signature working materials for further client work.

Device-based carboxytherapy (CO₂)

Intensive training in working with CO₂ devices at the Swiss School of Aesthetic Cosmetology — confirmation of a specialist’s high qualification in applying carboxytherapy for comprehensive work with ageing and problematic skin.

01 · Theoretical foundation:

• mechanism of CO₂ action in tissues and its effect on microcirculation;
• indications and contraindications for device-based carboxytherapy;
• specifics of use for acne, couperose, pigmentation, and age-related changes;
• the role of peptides in skin regeneration and enhancing therapy results.

02 · Protocols and working schemes:

• carboxy cleansing: cleansing and oxygenating the skin;
• carboxy peeling: renewal and evening of skin texture;
• protocols with peptide serums for collagen stimulation and anti-age lifting;
• alginate wrap: a sealing stage to enhance lymph drainage, reduce inflammation, and fix active ingredients;
• schemes for working with wrinkles, scars, reduced turgor, and congested spots;
• combined protocols (with acids, meso-ingredients, and device-based methods).

03 · Hands-on practice:

• setup and operation of CO₂ devices;
• performing procedures on models under the instructor’s guidance;
• individual parameter selection and course design of 4–8 procedures;
• use of alginate masks and wraps in combination with peptide serums.

04 · Hands-on practice:

• client follow-up after procedures;
• combination with anti-age programmes, acne therapy, peptide care, and alginate methods;
• building a price list and positioning the service within salon programmes.

Training outcome:

Graduates receive an official Swiss certificate in device-based carboxytherapy. The programme equips the specialist with a full set of protocols and techniques, including peptide complexes and alginate wraps for maximum results in anti-age therapy and care for problematic skin.

Endosphères therapy

Endosphères therapy is an innovative device-based method recognised in Europe as one of the most effective tools for body contouring and improving microcirculation.

Signature massage «Anti-Hump & Face Lifting»

Training in a signature manual method grounded in deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, the lymphatic system, and modern approaches to aesthetic face and body correction.

The programme combines sculptural techniques, elements of Japanese and Vietnamese massage approaches, myofascial work, and lymphatic drainage protocols aimed at restoring tissue balance and natural facial lifting.

About the method

The buffalo hump, or dorsocervical fat pad, forms in the C7 area — the 7th cervical vertebra — and is both an aesthetic and a functional concern.

Its appearance is often accompanied by myofascial imbalance in the neck and shoulder girdle, impaired tissue mobility, and reduced lymphatic and venous outflow.

At the root of such changes are:

• hypertonus of the trapezius muscle
• shortening of the levator scapulae muscle
• tension of the splenius capitis muscle
• overload of the sternocleidomastoid muscle
• dysfunction of fascial chains of the superficial back line

These changes can lead to:
